WATER QUALITY REPORT

Each year, the city of Clearwater’s Public Utilities department presents residents with important information about the city’s drinking water quality in an annual consumer confidence report. The most recent Water Quality Report is available in English and Spanish.
As part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s “Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments,” all water systems throughout the country must publish this annual report.
Printed copies are available upon request, and the report is also available in Spanish. If you’d like one mailed to you, call Clearwater Public Utilities at (727) 562-4960.

The Most Costly Mistake For Sellers Is Overpricing Your Home

Consumer Reports, issue March 2015, warns that the biggest seller slip up is initially overpricing their home. To protect their customers, Agents won't show an overpriced home to their buyers. In turn, the longer it sits on the market buyers assume something is wrong with the home and they avoid it too. Aggravating the loss, after months of mortgage payments, Home Owners Association payments, insurance payments, tax payments and regular old maintenance costs, a seller may have to drop the price far below what you think it's worth just to get people to look again.
