Deed Restrictions and Plats
Deed Restrictions. Deed restrictions are collections of requirements recorded in the public records that place limitations on the use of real property. Deed restrictions come with the property and usually cannot be changed or removed by subsequent owners.
Plats. Plats are individual subdivision maps containing detailed information on the size and boundaries of each lot, easements, location of utilities, and streets.
The restrictions and plats on this page are for information purposes only and were valid at the time of posting.
